A robust, frank, non-judgemental and mutually respectful relationship is essential in therapy. I provide a safe, nurturing and holding space to explore together what is preventing you from navigating your path less burdened.
Be in touch for a 15 minute complimentary consultation to explore how I can support you to better understand yourself and any unhelpful patterns of behaviour you may have. We can also see whether we are a good fit for working together - finding the right therapist for you is paramount.
An experience to reclaim joy, imagination and knowing within ourselves and our communities.
I facilitate reflection on identity and heritage, causes of ruptures over generations and in the present. Using various methods I invite participants to express themselves, collectively honouring ancestral practices with the hope and intention of intervening and preventing intergenerational trauma in order to transform/heal ourselves and future generations.
Workshops are delivered in the community, workplace and schools.

I started this project during the lockdown of 2020 as I noticed women were once again integral and central to holding families and communities together.
The project documents photographic memories and biographies of women migrants. Women's stories that are not generally heard. The extraordinary, ordinary heroes in our families whose lives should be preserved.
There is plentiful information detailing the movement and histories of people but individual stories and memories, less so. Such stories capture far more than books and libraries can ever hold.
We can inherit stories or we can inherit silence.
Past workshops have been delivered in various settings.
I am currently developing a program of workshops to be delivered in schools keeping in mind the core principles to support awareness, celebration and belonging in young people.
Feedback from BAATN conference:
"This in fact was a beautiful sanctuary where we could share, reminisce & reflect together. It was a space to feel and express some of the pain and loss we feel as a community... the workshop became unexpectedly powerful for me."
"We created a wonderful space of remembering, reflecting, revelling, tears, sharing grief, loss, joy and hope."
"The facilitation style was fantastic. I would just have loved a longer session."
"Was led well, lots of open dialogue."
"I came away remembering and clearer about what matters and that is always a gift."
